Team 5 Foundation and its unpaid volunteers are completely committed to spreading medical care and education to those who need it. It is because of this commitment that every dollar donated goes directly into funding our expeditions. Your gift will make a difference by allowing us to provide medical support to those in need all around the world.

• $100.00 covers one night-double occupancy food & lodging

• $250.00 will deworm 650 indigenous people

• $500.00 will cover baggage fees for 5 duffel bags of supplies

• $750.00 will sponsor a team member's airfare

• $2,500.00 Sponsors one-team member total expedition cost

• $3,000.00 will cover the costs of the medications

• $5000.00 covers lodging, food, water, and ground transportation

• $25,000.00 will sponsor a full mission that will treat over 650 people
