Dave was born and raised in Paris, TN with a passion for sports and the outdoors from a young age. He graduated the US Air Force Academy in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Mechanics and immediately started pilot training. Dave flew A-10s for a number of years at various locations around the world with multiple deployments to the Middle East along the way.

Dave retired from the Air Force and now calls Las Vegas home. He is a corporate pilot flying the Bombardier Global 6000, a lecturer at UNLV School of Medicine, Nevada, and also consults in both business and military strategy.
